Our company is ISO 14001:2015 certified for environmental management. These requirements are integrated into our business processes and fulfilled.Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
With the introduction of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the legislature has established a framework for responsible and sustainable value creation throughout the supply chain. AIDe complies with the corporate due diligence obligations set forth in the LkSG. We implement risk management and conduct analyses to identify and mitigate potential human rights and environmental risks, as well as to prevent or remedy any violations. Through appropriate preventive measures, we also address human rights and environmental risks within our business operations and among suppliers.We expect our suppliers to comply with all requirements regarding supply chains, human rights, and environmental regulations. These include, in particular, prohibitions on child labor, slavery, forced labor, disregard for occupational safety, freedom of association, equal treatment in employment, withholding fair wages, causing harmful soil changes, water and air pollution, excessive noise emissions or water use, unlawful eviction and expropriation of land, unlawful use of security forces, as well as the prohibition of mercury, banned chemicals, and hazardous waste handling.
Risk Management
Our risk management covers risk identification, analysis, and assessment, along with preventive and remedial actions. This process is continuously reviewed and improved.Risk Analysis
To detect potential risks in the supply chain, we conduct thorough examinations to identify possible risks. The risk analysis is conducted regularly - at least annually - beginning in 2024 and documented for reporting purposes. Our risk management processes consider any complaints and feedback from third parties. Results of these analyses inform internal business strategies as well as supplier selection and management.Control, Prevention, and Remediation

To ensure compliance with the LkSG in our business operations and supply chain, we have established a complaint process where human rights and environmental risks and violations can be reported: Whistleblower Protection Act. All complaints are received, evaluated, and handled with the utmost confidentiality by our compliance team. When possible, we reach out to the reporting party to discuss the situation and initiate necessary steps to resolve the issue.Reporting
Our commitment to respecting human rights and environmental protection and implementing guiding principles is regularly reviewed by management.
