Anti-Corruption and Bribery

We do not tolerate actions that may even appear to constitute corruption. Our business partners are persuaded by our performance - not by undue advantages. We maintain transparency in our dealings with customers, suppliers, and authorities and strictly adhere to all applicable anti-corruption regulations.
 

Competition and Antitrust Law

All applicable competition and antitrust laws are strictly followed. No behavior that hinders competition or involves price-fixing will be tolerated.

Aide has implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) to improve environmental performance as part of our service delivery process. Our EMS is based on ISO 14001:2015 standards and complies with its requirements. All relevant laws, standards, and procedures are integrated into our operations and strictly followed.
 

Data Protection

Personal and company data are handled with care in compliance with applicable data protection laws. All employees are required to adhere to external and internal data protection regulations and actively contribute to safeguarding personal data against unauthorized access.
 

Whistleblowing & Whistleblower Protection

We highly value trust-based collaboration and are dedicated to upholding applicable laws and regulations. Regular reviews of our legal compliance according to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) are integral to our compliance management system. To prevent any violations, we take all necessary actions without compromise.
 

Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)

Aide fulfills the corporate due diligence obligations stipulated in the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). We expect our suppliers to comply with all supply chain, human rights, and environmental requirements, including prohibitions on child labor, slavery, forced labor, disregard for occupational safety, violations of freedom of association, discrimination in employment, withholding of fair wages, harmful soil changes, water and air pollution, excessive noise emissions or water consumption, unlawful land eviction or expropriation, unlawful use of security forces, as well as bans on mercury use, banned chemicals, and hazardous waste handling.
